Hello, I'm Cathy Hill the Founder of Hilltop Yoga. I'm a 200hr Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher and have practiced yoga since my early twenties. I turned 50 last year and I'm determined to make yoga more accessible to all. I invite you to join me to live your longest, happiest and healthiest life!

My yoga classes are tailored for all levels and ages including Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative and Yoga for Menopause. Classes are designed to help you build strength, increase flexibility & reduce stress. I run group or private 1:1 yoga sessions from a variety of local venues including Newbold Village Hall.
