Hello, I'm Cathy Hill the Founder of Hilltop Yoga. I'm a 200hr Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher and have practiced yoga for the last 25 years. I'm passionate and determined to make yoga more accessible to all. I invite you to join me to live your longest, happiest and healthiest life!
Hilltop Yoga exists to provide a welcoming and inclusive space for individuals to explore the physical and mental benefits of yoga. I believe that yoga is for everyone, no matter your age or ability and I strive to create a supportive community in the Cotswolds Area - Newbold on Stour, Stratford upon Avon.

My yoga classes are tailored for all levels and ages including Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Power, Restorative and Yoga for Women's Health & Menopause. Classes are designed to help you build strength, increase flexibility & reduce stress. I run group or private 1:1 yoga sessions from local venues including Newbold Village Hall.
